Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Buzz Game Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the mobile game Ambulance Jam: Rescue Rush (“the Game”). This policy explains what information the Game collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The Game has no user accounts. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card details.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information stored only on your device
Your game progress — level, coins, owned items, settings — is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers. We do not operate a game server and we cannot read your save file.
b) A randomly generated installation identifier
When you first launch the Game, a random identifier is generated on your device. It is not derived from any personal information and cannot be used to identify you. It is used to group analytics events from the same installation, so we can measure things like level difficulty.
c) Analytics data
Gameplay events — for example which level was started, whether it was completed, how many moves were used, whether an ad was watched — together with device model, operating system version, language, and an approximate region derived from your IP address.
d) Advertising data
Our advertising partner may access your device’s advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) and information about ads shown to you, in order to select ads, limit repetition, and measure performance.
e) Purchase records
If you buy an in-app item, the purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We receive only confirmation that a purchase completed and which item it was. We never receive or store your payment card details.
2. How We Use This Information
- To operate the Game and save your progress on your device
- To understand which levels are too hard or too easy, and improve them
- To display advertisements, which is how the Game stays free to play
- To measure whether our advertising campaigns reach interested players
- To diagnose crashes and technical problems
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.
3. Third-Party Services
The Game includes the following third-party software development kits. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics for Firebase — usage analytics
Collects: installation identifier, gameplay events, device information, approximate region.
firebase.google.com/support/privacy · policies.google.com/privacy
Google AdMob — advertising
Collects: advertising identifier, ad interaction data, approximate region.
Tenjin — install attribution and marketing measurement
Collects: advertising identifier, install source, session events.
Google Play Billing — in-app purchases
Handled entirely by Google. We receive no payment details.
4. Advertising and Your Choices
The Game is supported by advertising. You can control this:
- You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Deleting it prevents apps, including ours, from using it to personalize advertising.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before showing personalized advertising, and you can change your choice at any time from the Game’s settings screen.
- You can remove advertising entirely by purchasing the in-app Remove Ads item.
5. Data Retention
- Data stored on your device remains until you delete it in the Game or uninstall the Game.
- Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for Firebase for up to 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
- Advertising and attribution data is retained by our partners according to their own policies, linked in Section 3.
6. How to Delete Your Data
Because the Game has no accounts, the data on your device is not linked to any identity, and you can remove it yourself at any time:
- Uninstall the Game. This deletes your local save and everything stored on your device.
- Clear the app’s data in Android Settings → Apps → Ambulance Jam → Storage. This has the same effect without removing the app.
- Reset your advertising identifier in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, which breaks the link between your device and any advertising data.
To request deletion of analytics data already collected, write to contact@buzzgamestudio.com. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent previously given. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@buzzgamestudio.com.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with such information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Transfers
Our third-party providers may process information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on the safeguards described in the providers’ own privacy policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced in the Game.
